STRATEGIC BAKING believes that every bakery has the potential to make GREAT products and thrive with the right guidance and expertise. We follow the approach of:

Scattergun problem solving rarely works and if you are lucky enough to stumble across a solution you rarely have any clue how you did. If and when the issue arises again, you start from scratch.

STRATEGIC BAKING will give you the tools to get out of that rut and achieve long lasting success. We offer packages that are industry leading, relevant and treat every product problem with a personalised approach to ensure that each client we serve reaches heights of baking performance and profitability they never thought possible.

Times move on and so have we have we. We deal with most of our clients needs remotely. There is still a need for a ‘ boots on the ground’ approach but not as much as you may think.

STRATEGIC BAKING have invested in the most up to date technology available to analyse images and video of problem products supplied by our clients. This, coupled with our decades of experience saves our clients time and money.

We prefer to work in partnership with clients on longer term projects rather than a ‘one and done’ approach and see ourselves as an extension to your current technical team.

STRATEGIC BAKING can also, when required, hold your suppliers to account, ask the difficult questions of them and also come up with recommendations on supplier choice. We are happy to work within your suppliers teams to help give an objective viewpoint.
