Employing Bakery Consultants is not cheap with many bakeries relying on technical support provided by suppliers. This of course has to be paid for by someone and that someone is the customer. Do you get the value you already pay for from your flour and ingredient suppliers?

As STRATEGIC BAKING are independent, we are not tied into recommending any flour or ingredient supplier so can be 100% objective in our product assessments. We are happy to work with your current supplier base on longer term projects.

We have extensive experience with advising clients on capital equipment purchase and have been key team members for over 25 major engineering installations from isolated pieces of equipment through to full plant commissioning in several countries.

Package 1 is for solving small problems in a few days. Number of days shall be agreed Including all the benefits of our baseline service with the added bonus of a limited number of phone calls and emails between 8.00am-8.00pm BST/GMT. This package will give access to a limited amount of email, videos, text messages

Whether it’s inconsistent product quality, a new product launch that is not going to plan, operational inefficiencies, or ingredient sourcing issues, we will provide a logical approach leading to a practical solution.

  1. Initial Consultation: We begin with a detailed virtual consultation to understand the specific challenges your bakery is facing.
  2. Data Collection: Using secure digital tools, we collect relevant data about the product you want to produce, review the data and move onto analysis.
  3. Analysis: We analyse all relevant data remotely utilising our experience and advanced software, we can pinpoint the PRIMARY CAUSES of a product problem, any CONTRIBUTING FACTORS and get to the root cause of the issue.
  4. Solution Development: We turn this data in to something more valuable…. INFORMATION, which we relay back to the client who can implement the necessary changes.
  5. Implementation Support: Through video calls, and continuous digital communication for the duration of the project, we guide you through the implementation process.
  6. Follow-Up: We monitor progress remotely and make adjustments as needed to ensure sustainable improvements.
